ABOVE: What it looks like when the water goes up a whole 12 inches and they open the gates from hell. No flooding for them! Now imagine that water going directly into a flood tunnel. Problem Solved. On this chart you can see how the gates were being opened in some staggered manner while it rose. That means the damage was already starting to take place downstream even before it reached their despicable threshold. The thousands of people below don’t stand a chance as long as this is allowed to continue. Right governor? Didn’t they say opening it early wouldn’t do anything???
