Hopefully by now you and your neighbors are able to use their properties again. The property damage from these last 3 floods in less than a month is staggering. It’s about 18 degrees outside now in the aftermath. Sheets of ice are everywhere. It’s amazing how sharp thick ice sheets are when they break under ones feet. Slippery, too.

If only they would lock the dam and build the flood tunnel now.

So tick tock… Why? Because it’s just around 10.5 feet behind the dam right now. A little rain and, bam. If it dares hit 11.5 feet, it opens. And we all know what that means.

How long until they open it again? When it rains, tick tock.

However, with the flood tunnel built, it won’t matter. No more flooding.
